Tuesday, November 12, 2019 hot/cold water will be shut off to whole building from 9:00AM-3:00PM

Wednesday, Thursday, Friday affected sections will be announced

When the water is turned back on, please keep in mind that the hot water will take time to reach the correct temperature and reach all the units.

On Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, depending on repairs accomplished, we will be isolating water to certain parts of the building.  BE ON THE LOOKOUT FOR DAILY UPDATES ON WHAT SECTIONS WILL BE AFFECTED.

We expect to be finished by Friday in the afternoon.  Again, please check upcoming updates for the latest on this.

RECOMMENDATIONS:

  • BE ON THE LOOKOUT FOR DAILY UPDATES ON WHAT SECTIONS WILL BE AFFECTED.
  • We suggest to maintain a bucket of water by the bathroom to be able to flush your toilet, while the repairs are ongoing.
  • Have drinking water on hand for those days

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation during this repair time.  We do realize it is a major inconvenience, but it is mandatory work that needs to happen.

    1. Hi Helen,
Thank you for reaching out! The water pressure should have returned to normal last night. However, the water is shut down again today for repairs. You should still have cold water.

If you are still having pressure issues at the end of the day today, you can reach out to the office and out maintenance team can come review your situation.

      Thank you,
      One Renaissance Board

  1. Friday 11/15/2019 I have had no water pressure in my kitchen since the beginning of repairs on Monday 11/11/2019
I’ve been unsure about using my dish washer and have to boil water and use a dish pan. This has been inconvenient.
Please let me know if I’ll have my kitchen water pressure back to normal today.

    1. Hi Helen,
Water to all units has been restored each night at varying times. In order to restore water pressure you should run the hot and cold water in your faucet. It will allow the air to drain from the lines, which is trapped from the installation of new pipes.
Your water should be restored to normal later today. If you have questions you can call the office directly. Additionally, you can review our updated post about water.

      Thank you,
      One Renaissance Board
