Friday, August 14th, 4:20 PM: ComEd is working on repairing power to the building. The estimate for completion of the repair currently is tomorrow morning, Saturday August 15th. The hot and cold water may also be cloudy or unavailable during this time. We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your attention.

Attention Residents: Power went out today around 12:30 PM The outage has been reported and we estimate the power should be restored around 3:00 PM Please note, this has caused a disruption in the water to the building as the pumps are without power. Thank you for your patience!
